All operators are subject to a rigorous vetting process. Applications are reviewed daily and qualified candidates are scheduled go through an initial phone screen. If a candidate passes the initial phone screen, they are subject to an interview process during which they are asked to provide a sample of their previous work (including any models, templates or presentations).
Our number one priority is to make sure you're achieving results from your operator, and we'll do our absolute best to match you with an operator who has the skill sets your business needs. That being said, if you're not 100% satisfied we will happily match you with another operator.
With the rise in remote work, we truly embrace the fact that our operators come from everywhere in the U.S. It is our goal to find the best operational talent for you in any market.
We will invoice your business weekly and we'll handle payments to the operator. We accept payments via ACH or credit card. It's as easy as that.
Operators have the ability to set their own rates with our guidance on what is competitive. Rates will vary based on the type of engagement. For example, rates for hourly engagements may be slightly higher than rates for monthly engagements. We will discuss approximate rates with you during our initial consultation so you know exactly what to expect.
It is our goal to gain in depth understanding of your operational pain points before matching you with an operator. During the initial consultation we will do a deep dive into your supply chain, suggest projects / engagements that would work best given your specific needs, and give you a sense of pricing.
